This may be causing this type of behavior judging by "ARPPRODUCTICON.exe" being in your error message. That is the first thing I did was to remove it from "Display Icon" in your project window. Although it was present and valid, even removing and rebuilding the setup, had no effect on the problem. I still get the error. Other ideas? Then post the log file here in the forum so we can look into this further. Perhaps the log file will give us more information. I only have 22.5 MB free and that is what is causing the problem. Apparently more is needed. Why is
