Hp2000c Error Codes

lights still blink. Thanks Respond to this 0 I have the same problem. Did you find an answer? by unknown on Mar 14, 2006 at 6:05am Add comment Please sign in to comment 0 I have been instructed on another site, the following....Probably a faulty printhead or ink Error codes and how to read them here http://h20000.www2.hp.com If you are getting false ink out/empty error, check the the white plungers underneath the ink cartridges. All 4 should be springy. andThis error code is related to the ink supply station. It is fairly easy to replace. The springs that are under the plungers have probably worn or cracked the ISS.(ink supply-station) I checked my springs under the plungers - they seem fine (nice and springy!) so I have ordered new print heads and ink cartriges and have to wait for those. Hopefully, this info will assist with the other situtaions posted. What I have researched is error codes that begin with one (on off button blinking once) is for ink / print heads the second set, when the first is one defines the color and the third would just further define the issue. Since "6" is not listed on the error code list we can only guess - I am assuming 146 is the yellow print head and/or cartridge has an issue?Good Luck - I will post on my outcome! by TerriN2u on May 25, 2006 at 6:37am Add comment Please sign in to comment Please sign in to comment HP Color Inkjet 2000C Buy discount ink Buy this printer More HP questions © Copyright 2011-2016, FixYourOwnPrinter.com, Inc. Error code is 432. I checked HP site, a few others http://appraisersforum.com/forums/threads/hp-2000c-printer-error.86614/ have had the same problem but I found no solutions. All 3 lights on printer blink simultaneously. I have read of solutions from cleaning to resetting printer. I tried turning printer on and off, reset did not work, pulled print heads & cleaned them then replaced. How annoying that HP does not even offer an explanation to their own damned code (I checked their list). Tried emailing support, but apparently HP decided to stop supporting this model. This message indicates that the printer detected a service station jam, which is located on the right hand side of the printer. The optical sensor the service station is dirty or defective. Replacing the service station is the best option. Part# C4530-67803. These printers will waste more of your money than you can believe. Take my advice-- don't spend any money trying to fix the problem. The majority of these pr

pressed the resume button and was able to read off an error code of 431. Does anyone know what this code might mean? I couldn't find any reference to this error code on the HP website. Additional Information: The http://www.verycomputer.com/14_c503e5e559f0da62_1.htm print head was near the middle of the printer, so I powered off and manually moved it all the way over to the right. I was looking around inside the printer to see if there was some sort of ink leak that could have shorted something out, and I see some sort of a * roller just to the left of the print head access area. It seem to be drenched in black ink (or perhaps this is lubrication of some sort). Is hp2000c error this normal? Thanks in advance for any assistance. Greg W.
