I don’t know like why it’s taking so long time ? Although its status is Upgrading on central admin but I found that form on production site but when you open it, its giving some error like There has been an error while processing the form. Click Continue to resume filling out the form. You may want to check your form data for errors. Click Start Over to load a new copy of the form. Error Details : “An entry has been added to the Windows event log of the server. Reply Contact You'll need to check your SharePoint error logs for more info so you can find out what is going wrong. I'm assuming your second code snippet isn't running when the form opens, so if the code is a problem, it would be the first snippet, which I'll assume is in your loading event? One of the forms has a date field, chosen by a picker and stored in a Date/Time column in the library.
