The community suggested that his success may have come because he ordered an in-stock item, meaning the order was processed before the error was noticed. Most users received a five per cent off voucher instead, with a message reading: "We regret to inform you that your order XXXX placed on 7/30/2016 will be cancelled due to a technical issue affecting the pricing of select products on our website over the weekend.
